Gossip girl gave us many dynamic characters with various clashing personalities. Here is who we think each character’s zodiac sign would be:

ARIES – Jenny Humphrey

Jenny is much like an Aries. She is talented, ambitious and knows herself too well to listen to anyone else’s orders. She carves her own path with an optimistic attitude but along the way, may become chaotic, burning social bridges to get what she wants.

TAURUS – Lily Rhodes/Van Der Woodsen/Bass

Tauruses loves luxury and comfort and being the mother figure of the upper east side, Lily fits this description well. She is also ambitious and determined when doing all she can to give Chuck his company back, but can be very stubborn such as refusing to live in Brooklyn to join Rufus’s world.

GEMINI – Serena Van Der Woodsen

Serena, like a Gemini, is a social butterfly who can talk to anyone about anything. Geminis are outgoing, fun, and adaptable but can be unreliable. They can also lack the ability to make important life decisions such as Serena with her college choice and ends up isolating themselves when anxious like when she is running away to boarding school because she thought she killed a man/slept with Nate.

CANCER – Dorota

Dorota is a second mother to Blair who, very much like a Cancer, has motherly qualities. They are also highly intuitive, which Dorota proves when she always can sense when Blair is about to scheme and is loyal. However, they can seem a bit suspicious at times because they don’t like to reveal much about their personal life.

LEO – Blair Waldorf

Blair, like a Leo, needs to be at the centre of attention at all times. They are confident, loves drama, luxury, and is extremely ambitious. She can however be very possessive and seeks revenge if she does not get her way. If you’re lucky enough to be deemed worth of her time, Blair would be the most loyal and generous friend.

VIRGO – Dan Humphrey

Virgos have a more practical and logical approach to life. Dan doesn’t get why there needs to be a fancy party for every occasion. They are also known to be hardworking and creative when it comes to their passions which Dan has demonstrates with his writing. He is patient enough to deal with Serena and her sometimes messy life. However, he can be overly critical of others, especially of upper-east siders.

LIBRA – Nate Archibald

Nate is quite indecisive like a typical Libra. For a long time, he didn’t know what he wanted in a relationship or as a career until his grandfather set him up to be running The Spectator. He ends up moving from one relationship to the next due to his flirtatious nature. Nate also tries to avoid drama as he hates conflicts but gives solid advice, being the diplomatic one of his friends.

SCORPIO – Chuck Bass

Scorpions are very passionate and persistent and no one embodies those characteristics more than the CEO of Bass industries himself when he is going after Blair or operating his multi-billion dollar company. They can also be very secretive which Chuck is known to be as well as manipulative and destructive which are often reasons for his demise.

SAGITTARIUS – Georgina

Georgina tells it like it is. She is blunt, spontaneous, and always down for a new adventure to conspire. She may have tried to be tied down as a mom and a trophy wife but ultimately knows that she values her freedom too much to be just contained to those roles.

CAPRICORN – Vanessa Abrams

Capricorns are known to be hard-working and responsible which Vanessa is as she worked her way up to getting into NYU. They are willing to give up a lot to reach their goals. However, they can be pessimistic and stubborn which may be why her and Dan did not work out – she didn’t like how he was being influenced by the upper-east side.

AQUARIUS – Eric Van Der Woodsen

Eric is progressive and independent like an Aquarian. They are original, easy going, and good listeners who can add intelligence in their conversations. However, they may be a bit stiff and impersonal unlike his big sister Serena.

PISCES – Rufus Humphrey

Rufus is kind-hearted and gentle. They easily adapt to their surroundings and are especially rejuvenated by artistic hobbies such as music. The downside to his personality is that, like a Pisces, he does not like to step out of his comfort zone, meaning living like an upper-east sider no matter how much he cared Lily. Rufus may also be too over trusting which leads him to fall for con-artists like Ivy.
