Wizards of Waverly Place was the most successful Disney show ever made. In fact, it was going to run for another season (yes that would be 5 seasons – the longest running Disney show) if Ms. Gomez agreed. Nonetheless within the 4 seasons it aired, there were some pretty iconic episodes and moments you’ll for sure remember just by the outfits the cast wore! For this list, we are counting down the top 10 costumes that will instantly remind you of the episode and its plot:
10. You know what they say, less is more. This certainly applies to Alex Russo who’s too cool to dress up for Halloween and instead wears a shirt that says “Costume”. Clever. 
9. Alex is Pajama girl. Alex basically invented a new lazy superhero just because she happened to wear the right pajamas at the right time. This was from the episode, “Harper Knows”.
8. In this episode, we were introduced to sneaky, conniving little fairies who Alex hired to play her part of Tinkerbell in Justin’s school play. As you can see, Alex ended up playing the part and that did not go so well…
6. Harper + Cinderella = Harperella.
5. These glamourized angel costumes. When we think of angels, we think of them like our fairy god mother. However, WOWP proves that angels aren’t all saints…some even possess darkness…just look at their wings!
4. “Gary something…Larry something..”…no Alex, it’s Harry Potter! That’s who Justin reminds you of! The dorky glasses, the robes…it all brings us back to the many episodes spent at Wizard school. This was where we met Dr. Evilini, Hugh-mongous and many other odd wizards were introduced.
3. Alex dressed up as a doll. This memorable episode turned our tom-boy Alex into the girliest doll-ed up teenager ever existed. Alex, who wanted to turn her doll-house into an art room, shrinks herself into the doll house as well. Things start going wrong when her mother gives the doll-house to a neighbour and along with the house…a perky doll!
2. The Russos save the world in style. When a meteor is about to destroy all of humanity, the Russos risk their lives by shrinking themselves into a rocket to go up space to blow up the meteor…all while dressed like Dalmatians/cows. 
1. Alex’s Quinceañera. As it is Teresa’s dream to have a Quincenera, Alex never wanted one. So, using her powers, she switches her mother’s body with her own and let her mom have the party she always dreamed of. This gorgeous puffy pink dress was stunning as well as this episode. Thus, it is ranked at #1.
