Disney Night has everyone jumping for joy – even the judges with their scores as a lot of couples have drastically improved on their dances this week. Some of the standout dances this week were:
Kaitlyn Bristowe & Artem
Our favourite Bachelorette this season (well the only Bachelorette) performed beautifully as Moana, consistently landing near the top of the leaderboard, scoring the third highest score of 23/30 (7,8,7).
Jeannie Mai & Brandon
The two performed a beautiful Viennese Waltz portraying the couple from Up, a movie we haven’t seen done on DWTS in a while! It earned Jeannie her highest score of the season yet with a 22/30 (7,7,8).
Nev Schulman & Jenna
The star of Catfish danced a fierce Pirates of the Caribbean themed Argentine Tango, earning them all 8s across the board!
Johnny Weir & Britt
Tied for first place with Nev is ice skater Johnny Weir, who Rumba-ed to Mulan’s iconic Reflection who scored 8s all around as well.
Skai Jackson & Alan
The pair Jived as the Princess and the Frog but it was not a happily ever after as they landed third from last place with an 18/30, earning all 6s from judges.
Carole Baskin & Pasha
The Tiger King star turned into the Lion Queen when she went all out in her costume, dancing a cat themed dance for the third week in a row but was unfortunately dethroned. Carole was eliminated from the competition with a score of 12/30 as judges critiqued her for walking instead of doing the Samba.
