During quarantine, a lot of cast members from beloved shows have found ways to reconnect through zoom or in real life now that they have more time on their hands and the cast of Disney’s Wizards of Waverly Place is no exception! Although not a full cast nor official reunion, David Henrie who played Justin and Jennifer Stone who played Harper both appeared on Gregg Sulkin who played Mason’s Youtube Channel where they quizzed each other on some show facts on and off screen. Here were some of the highlights:
- they recreated the crazy junky funky hat scene
And revealed some fun facts…
- David had the most guests visit the set set b/c he had a huge Italian family
- The show Jesse took over the WOWP set after it wrapped (both of the shows took place in New York so it made sense)
- Demi Lovato who was Selena’s best friend at the time was a guest at one of the live tapings and during break, sang in front of the audience and her voice caught the eyes of executives who were also on set….so maybe it was Selena helped Demi got her start on Disney channel?
- the cast drank together after it wrapped (the ones who weren’t of age drank apple juice)
It was David Henrie who got the most points. Guess he is as good with trivia as his character!
