1. Blair’s new highlighted hair looks really good
2. Troy and Gabriella vibes anyone?
3. When did Jenny go goth? After some research, apparently Jenny was written to be goth due to the actor Taylor Momsen dressing goth in real life.
4. Nate moves on REALLY FAST. He literally dated every single female main character…twice!
5. Where did Amanda go? Are we just going to ignore that Chuck paid Amanda to date Dan to make Serena jealous so she can steal Blair’s place of the “It” girl and no one found out and she just…disappeared?
6. Jenny’s storyline fell flat. Really mad they made Jenny go through so much trouble to follow her dreams as a designer just to end up back at Constance.
7. Why didn’t they all go to Yale? Since they had to keep all the characters in the same place for the show to continue running, wouldn’t it make more sense if they all went to the same school? That would’ve been more interesting and they would have some serious campus drama.
8. Is Owen Serena and Eric’s dad? In a time warp episode, young Lily meets Owen, a guy she falls in love with before meeting Rufus. It seems too odd for the writers to make this episode without much continuation of the characters afterwards.
9. Gabriel and Serena’s relationship may be illegal. Serena dates Gabriel who says he is trying to fund his own business but turns out to be a scam artist. This means Gabriel should be in his late 20s while Serena is either underage still or just hit 18. The legality of this relationship is questionable but I think the show never really was high on morals anyways.
