With COVID-19 happening around the world, it doesn’t seem like any forms of Entertainment production, especially The Bachelorette which involves travelling to new destinations every week is going to happen…but it is.

Bachelorette 2020 Start Date: When Does Clare Crawley's Season ...

According to Bachelor spoiler site Reality Steve, The Bachelorette is going to start production at a resort for 5 weeks with all cast and crew in one location, they are going to be tested prior to arriving, and they are not going to travel – which also means no hometown visits. Filming is scheduled to start in July until August and will air in September. They are currently scouting a resort.

This sounds a lot like Paradise, and if this is indeed the case, it is likely that Paradise will have a similar format. However, some concerns are that if the men casted would even want to risk travelling to the resort to participate. Plus, this doesn’t seem very fun for the men – to be stuck in the same place for 5 weeks just fight for one girl who will likely have dates a few meters away from them. Would there even be enough excitement for viewers to watch? We sure hope the production team priorities everyone’s safety when planning!

What do you think of this new way of filming The Bachelorette?
