Selena gave useful tips like to remember to put foundation on your neck so it matches you skin tone and to have two skin tone foundations because skin changes colour throughout the year.
On makeup: she has so much respect for people who do makeup because it brings people together. “Makeup, it’s art, she says.
About music: “It brings people joy so why stop” Gomez says.
And lastly about confidence, “makeup should be accessories to compliment what’s beautiful about you and I always believed that because you can’t help to feel the pressure, feel like you have to look a certain way” and that “I just think you’re special, you’re suppose to be who you are and I met hundreds, thousands of people in my life and I wish they can see what I see in them.”
It is worth noting that Rare Beauty is planning to raise $100 million in charity in the next 10 years to donate to mental health services. We love Selena’s passion!
