It’s been a year of ups and downs in Bachelor Nation. There are several happy moments like when both Bachelorettes Clare and Tayshia got engaged to the man of their dreams, but also a lot of heart break as well as 5 Bachelor Nation couples called it quits in 2020.
Now, we add one more to the list. Peter was the first to announce their breakup on Instagram and now girlfriend Kelley makes a statement as well. She says, “I know a lot of you have already heard the news, but I wanted to take some time to process it for myself before sharing…It saddens me to say this but Peter and I have decided to go our separate ways. Peter and I had some unbelievable times together and they will definitely be missed. Unfortunately him and I are in two different stages of our lives and saw our future paths differently. I wish Peter the absolute best and want to thank everyone for your continued support as I move on to my next chapter. I’m still hoping to make it to New York one of these days, but for now I just want to focus on my happiness! 2021, I can’t wait to see what you have in store!”
Even though it is sad, it seems as if it was an amicable breakup and Kelley still seems to write in an optimistic tone. We have to point out though, it is strange how the breakup was so sudden. After all, just over a week ago, she posts a picture on Christmas wearing socks with Peter’s face on it:

It seems as if they had a tough move to New York as that was their original plan after Christmas. We hope the new year would be bring better luck to both Peter and Kelley!
