Keeping Up With the Kardashian is soon coming to an end, putting a stop to the decade long reality TV series. With so much of their lives being broadcasted for the world to see over the years, it would be interesting to see how each family member would deal without the platform that made them staples of pop culture. Here’s how it would affect them:
Kourtney Kardashian – Kourtney doesn’t love the limelight so she is probably relieved to finally have the privacy she craves. Her Poosh website may suffer due to lack of publicity for her personal life though.
Kim Kardashian – being the business mogul she is, Kim might start to lose a bit of a marketing advantage. However, with her busy life raising 4 kids now as a co-parent and time allotted to studying to become a lawyer, she could use the extra room in her schedule to focus on other areas of her life.
Khloe Kardashian – Khloe will likely suffer the most from the ending of her family’s hit reality show. As she has no official business other than being an influencer – she may lose deals with big companies like her partnership with American Eagle jeans. We see Khloe focusing more on her family in the future though as she has said she wants baby True to have siblings.
Rob Kardashian – Rob rarely appeared on the show when it was airing so perhaps without the cameras around, he will come more out of his shell and spend more time with his sisters. We know they still keep in touch outside of filming.
Kendall Jenner – The supermodel’s career probably won’t be affected much as she has already established herself with high-fashioned brands but her status as the “highest paid model in the world” may be passed on to someone else who is more in the limelight.
Kylie Jenner – The youngest and richest member of the family will still have her lip kits going for her. She has the most followers (230 million on Instagram) so it’s safe to say her ability to advertise won’t be heavily affected due to the ending of the show.
Kris Jenner – We know the momager is quite sad about the ending of the show and this will likely heavily her career too if the talents she manages suffer. But now she is getting older perhaps she will chose to enjoy herself more after decades of hard work building an empire for her kids.
Scott Disick – Without the show and with his baby mama Kourtney in a new and seemingly serious relationship with Travis Barker, Scott may feel uneasy as his connection with the family may slowly dissolve. Perhaps this is good as he will be pushed to build new relationships of his own but we know Lord Disick will still be in solid contact with the Kardashians as he has been a staple in the family and to the show for so long.
The family has had its ups and downs but they come out on the other side still in tact and pursuing their passions while simultaneously starting families of their own. We may not get an inside look at what’s next for the Kardashian Klan but they will be remembered as pioneers of successful family reality TV.
