On April 4th, TMZ reported that<strong> the star hit another vehicle and was arrested for DUI &#8211; driving under the influence. She was administered a sobriety test afterwards and was let out on an $100,000 bail. </strong></p>
<p>Being the former Disney star she is, there is a lot of negative attention directed towards her for becoming a bad role model and going down the wrong path. However, Debby recongizes this and issued an apology saying, <strong>&#8220;Over the last few days I have had the chance to think about my actions, and I wish I had used better judgement. I recognize that I am a role model and have always worked hard to set a good example for my millions of fans. I am so sorry to disappoint everyone.&#8221; </strong></p>
<p>We applaud Debby for taking responsibility and acknowledging her actions. Way to go!We hope Debby learns from this experience.</p>
