Addison Rae, aka the second most followed TikTok star with 77.8 million followers surprised everyone when she released her music video for ‘Obsession.’
Followers are not only surprised that she has an interest in music but also that the video is more adult and mature than what they expected of a TikTok star.
For instance, it heavily contrasts the sweet and innocent music video her friend Dixie put out where it was more PG to suit their similar audiences which comprises mainly of teens.
In ‘Obsessed,’ Addison sings about how people’s obsession with her, and she responds to that in a sassy way saying “me too.”
Plus, heavily shows off her dancing abilities.
While some fans praised it…others are mad that the music industry allows for influencers to cross over so easily.
