Get excited (again) Swifties because it is rumoured that Taylor is dropping ANOTHER album TONIGHT and we have strong evidence to prove it. Back in December, when Swift released Evermore out of the blue, the sister album to Folklore, fans were quick to point out that ‘Woodvale’ is seen on the corner of the album.
When promoting Evermore on Jimmy Kimmel, Taylor quickly dispelled the rumours claiming it was an undercover name for Evermore to protect the secrecy and was mistakenly printed onto the actual albums itself.
Despite her claim, fans – and even Kimmel himself – weren’t entirely convinced. Here are the theories gathered to prove that Taylor is releasing Woodvale TONIGHT on April 30th:
For starters, April 30th marks 140 days since Evermore’s release on December 11, 2020 which was released 140 days after Folklore on July 24, 2020.
April 30th is also conveniently a Friday, the day Taylor is known to release albums on. Folklore, Evermore, Lover, and Reputation were all released on a Friday.
Plus, in her cowboy like me lyric video, the clock points to 4:30 = April 30th. Taylor often uses clocks to hint at dates so even if it’s not another album, something BIG would be coming tomorrow.
The crazier thing is that the date of April 30th, 2021, or 04/30/21 = 4+3+2+1 = 10. The significance of the number 10? If ‘Woodvale’ is to be released, this would be her 10th album!
The 31-year-old also hinted at a trilogy of albums having her merchandise being sold in sets of 3s.
Plus, Taylor has recently been tweeting with three emojis at a time.
And last clue…her Spotify profile picture recently changed and when searching ‘Woodvale’ on the app, you get Taylor Swift as a result.
We are sure something is cooking up behind the scenes and can hardly wait! If Taylor drops a third album by tomorrow, this means she would have released 4 albums in the past year making her the hardest working artist…ever?
