Gigi Hadid is one of the many celebrities that are ecstatic about Joe Biden’s election win yesterday as that meant Trump would no longer be president. In an Instagram story, she recalls the fact that him being a sore loser to Biden was not the first time as he had publicly crossed her father years before.
Gigi’s dad, Mohammed Hadid, is a real estate developer who was in competition with Trump 30 years prior to acquire 88 acres of prime downtown Aspen real estate in 1986 for $57 million. Hadid had won the deal which lead to Trump to make racist remarks. As a payback for losing, Trump published a cartoon of Hadid riding a camel in the newspapers which Gigi’s backs her sister, Alana, saying he’s racist.
