Ho ho ho…there are still two solid months away from the jolliest day of the year but Kelly and Ariana are already spoiling fans with their talented vocals on their new track, ‘Santa, Can’t You Hear Me.’ Take a listen:
The song is about wondering why Santa has not granted the wishes they asked for in the year. This single is part of Kelly’s upcoming album When Christmas Comes Around that leans towards a breakup album more than the typical cheery and festive type as inspired by the American Idol winner’s recent divorce from husband Brandon Blackstock.
Ariana and Kelly have gotten to know each other pretty well as they are both coaches for The Voice. Kelly has swooned over Ariana’s talent many times while Ariana pretty much grew up in a generation following Kelly’s career when it was at its peak.
With the two singers often praised for being the best singers of their respective generation, we’re sure this song is going to be a hit!
