We sure didn’t see this one coming – Cassie Randolph, the girl who was so loved by Season 23’s Bachelor, Colton Underwood, that he iconically jumped over a fence for her, has filed a restraining order against him 3 months after their breakup.
TMZ got their hands on a document submitted on September 11 citing Domestic Violence Prevention as the reason. In the restraining order, it is noted that Colton put a tracking device on her car to prove that she was still seeing her ex, showed up to her parents’ place uninvited, and has harassed her through text messages by pretending to be her stalker to get her attention.
This comes as a surprise as Cassie and Colton seemingly ended on good terms when they both posted on their Instagram pages that they’re going to remain friends and are amicable with one another back in May 2020.
However, drama did start afterwards when Cassie appeared in an interview on the Bachelor Greatest of All Time (GOAT) special where she got asked about her breakup by Chris Harrison but talked circles around it. Colton saw this interview as her breaking their mutual agreement to not speak on their breakup and as a result, said he will give details of the relationship in his upcoming book.
A source says that Colton is completely blindsided by the claim as he hasn’t spoken to Cassie in a month. The source also said that she was in touch with her ex, Caelan Tiongson, whom she met on Young Once, another reality TV series that was filmed before her time on The Bachelor. From the source’s point of view, Cassie never really loved Colton back and basically kicked him out of her parents’ house after he got better from catching COVID-19 in March.
Cassie’s sister, Michelle, has since spoken out on the case claiming that Colton has tried to debunk Cassie’s image to lessen the seriousness of the case.
