Move over Dalgona Coffee, there’s a new drink in town and just in time for Fall! Get ready to make your own Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew (Starbucks edition).

Ingredients You’ll Need:

For Coffee:
1 1/2 cups cold brew coffee (or any kind of iced coffee)
1–3 teaspoons maple syrup, or your preferred coffee sweetener (optional)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

For the Pumpkin Foam:
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus extra for garnish
Pinch of fine sea salt

Steps:
1. Make any type of coffee you want whether iced or cold brew. If you want, you can even add in your desired level of maple syrup or vanilla extract.

2. Now make the pumpkin foam on top by combining cold milk, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, vanilla, pumpkin spice, and salt in a separate cup. Use a milk frother to mix the milk until it looks like foamy cream.

3. Combine the ice coffee by pouring it to the bottom of the cup and adding pumpkin foam with a spoon on top. You can even add pumpkin spice on top for an extra taste.

4. Enjoy!

*This should make about 1 yield of coffee and takes only 10 minutes to make!
